2 – Eskapas staff is trained to follow all hygiene rules when in service of our customers; they will respect the social distance
3 –Vehicles will be sanitized regularly as imposed and controlled by Turkish Ministry of Health, 
4 – All hotels used to accommodate our customers are certified by “Hotel Association of Turkey”; they all are committed to use maximum 50 % capacity
Itinerary

Day 1Istanbul Arrival

Arrival to Istanbul airport and transfer to city center hotel. 

Overnight: Istanbul Meals: Welcome Dinner at Hamdi Restaurant or similar.

Day 2Istanbul

After breakfast at the hotel, departure to visit Topkapi Palace and Hagia Sophia.

Lunch at famous Pudding Shop. Opened by brothers İdris and Namık Çolpan in 1957, the Pudding Shop originally started under the name of the “Lale Restaurant.” The reputation of the restaurant spread by word of mouth, but many travelers failed to remember its name and simply referred to it as “the Pudding Shop,” as it was famous for its wide assortment of puddings, especially tavuk göğsü—a stiff, milk-based pudding with pounded chicken breast and a hint of cinnamon.  Almost as charming as it was in its golden days, this old hippie hangout is a can’t-miss when you’re in Istanbul.

Visit of Blue Mosque and Grand Bazaar. Return to hotel for overnight

Day 3Istanbul – Cappadocia

After breakfast, visit of the famous Spice Market in the Old City, the trading hub of food in Istanbul for more than 450 years Next, we will go to the port to embark and start the Bosphorus Cruise. During this boat tour we can admire Dolmabahce Palace, the Mosque, the bohemian neighborhood of Ortakoy, the Fortresses of Rumeli and Anatolia, the Beylerbeyi Palace, the typical “yali” wooden houses, etc.

Lunch (Turkish grilled fish) under the Galata Bridge.

 

Afternoon, you will have a 3 hour-work-shop on Turkish Cuisine such as Turkish Bread, Turkish Mezes or main traditional dishes. (The order of the visits can change due to opening days of museums). Late after-noon transfer to the airport for a domestic flight to Cappadocia.  Dinner in a local restaurant.

Overnight: Cappadocia Meals: Breakfast – Lunch – Dinner

Day 4Cappadocia

Breakfast. Full day visits at Cappadocia. Visit Göreme Open Air Museum – a UNESCO Heritage site, a fantastic region with its cave churches located on the valley. Then proceed to Uchisar Village and then the spectacular fairy chimneys.  Late afternoon, you will have a stop for wine tasting: The soil found in the region is sand, sandstone, and decomposed volcanic tuff, the latter contributing to good quality grapes for wine production. In Cappadocia, Western varietals, like Chardonnay, Malbec and Tempranillo are grown, in addition to many native Turkish grapes, such as Emir, Kalecik Karası, Narince, and Öküzgözü. The Cappadocia region produces approximately 12% of all Turkish wine.  Dinner in a local restaurant.

In the early morning departure from your hotel. A chance to live this unique experience, an overlooking to Cappadocia from the sky, see the beauty of the region the rock formations, fairy chimneys, natural formations, lunar landscapes.

Day 5Cappadocia – Izmir

After breakfast transfer to the airport for a domestic flight to Izmir, ancient Smyrna.  Transfer to Urla town close to Izmir for a 3-hour Turkish cuisine workshop – Lunch with Chef Mrs. Gülhan Kara (writer of many books and producers of many TV shows) in her town house.

Dinner in a local restaurant: Special Izmir Shish kebab.

Overnight: Izmir Meals: Breakfast – Lunch – Dinner

Day 6Izmir – Ephesus – Izmir – Istanbul (Flight)

Breakfast and departure Ephesus. Visit the Ephesus Ruins – the city that was dedicated to Artemis I the Odeon, Temple of Hadrian, the House of Love, the Library of Celsus, the Agora. Then proceed to Izmir International airport for a flight to Istanbul. Dinner at Galatasaray, most popular district of Istanbul.  

Overnight: Istanbul Meals: Breakfast – Lunch – Farewell Dinner

Day 7Istanbul Departure

Breakfast and transfer to Istanbul airport for your onward flight. End of our services.
