Consumer information
Online dispute resolution in accordance with article 14 paragraph 1 ODR-VO: the European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (OS). Eskapas is not willing or obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

In accordance with § 7 (1) TMG, Eskapas, LLC shall be responsible for any contents which it publishes in accordance with general legal provisions. According to §§ 8 to 10 TMG, however, Eskapas as a service provider is not obligated to monitor transmitted or stored third-party information or circumstances that indicate an illegal activity.
Obligations to remove or block the use of information under general law remain unaffected. A liability in this regard, however, is only possible from the date of knowledge of a specific infringement. Upon appropriate notification of violations, Eskapas will remove any infringing content immediately.
