Trip Cancellation Policy
Trip cancellation is a benefit that reimburses you for any pre-paid non-refundable trip costs if you need to cancel due to a circumstance covered under your plan. The most common reasons for cancellation include sicknesses and injuries, but they could also be related to natural disasters, strikes, terrorist attacks, and other events. Reimbursable costs could include transportation, accommodations, and tours, up to the maximum amount specified in the plan documents that you received when you purchased your travel insurance. Please read your plan documents carefully. Cancellations due to fear of travelare not covered. However, our plan does not exclude losses associated with pandemic or epidemic conditions; meaning that if you, your traveling companion or family member were to become sick (after you purchase the plan) as a result of COVID-19, you could still receive benefits for losses covered by the plan. Your Travel Guide, who has been trained in enhanced hygiene and distancing standards, will monitor compliance and guest wellbeing.
Your driver has been trained to ensure your transportation is hygienically taken care of – so you can travel hassle free. They’ll get you from one destination to the next with ease, and clean and disinfect all coach surfaces throughout your trip.
Trips will operate with a number of empty seats to allow for extra physical distancing.
Hand sanitizer is accessible and freely available. Guests should bring their own face masks. However, in the case of an emergency, face masks and gloves will be distributed to you if needed.
Incident Response Protocol
Should an incident arise on trip, protocols are in place. We will assist and direct distancing, local medic support and testing. We will liaise with local authorities to follow directives, which will vary across countries, and support you every step of the way.

*€100 per person deposit valid for new bookings only made between 01 January 2021 – 31 May 2021. Deposit due within 5 days of booking. Applicable for travel 01 January 2021 – 31 December 2021. €100 deposit is combinable with our year-round promotions. Offer is not applicable to group deposit.
€100 per person deposit qualifies for 31-day refund guarantee – cancel for any reason within 31 days of deposit and receive a full refund. For trips that includes rail or cruise components a second payment is required 120 days prior to departure, to increase deposit up to the standard amount.
Offers: based on availability, do not apply to all trips/departures, and may be withdrawn at any time and without notice.
Flexible Change: Temporary changes to standard terms and conditions apply to new bookings until further notice. This penalty waiver allows you to change the destination and/or trip you are traveling on. If you choose a trip or departure that is more expensive than the original, you are responsible for the difference in price; if the trip or departure is less expensive than the original, a future travel credit will be issued for the difference. Normal penalties (see our general terms and conditions) apply for full cancellation without rebooking or cancellations within 31 days of departure. Please note, airlines may impose different change policies, and if you declined travel insurance, you are responsible for any airline cancellation penalties. Other conditions apply.
