When Do I Get My Travel Documents?

For land-based tours, we prepare PDF documents at about 14-21 days prior to your departure date.

For our ocean cruise guests, the document management system has evolved so that the traditional ticket booklets that contained contracts of carriage, excursion details, ticket coupons, etc., are almost exclusively produced in a PDF format. Typically the ticket booklets are produced after the final payment . The cruise tickets and associated documents are then available for customers.
