Moroccan Gastronomic Adventure

Morocco is a gateway to Africa and a country of dizzying diversity. Here you’ll find epic mountain ranges, ancient cities, sweeping deserts – and warm hospitality.  Morocco’s rich historical past is reflected in its modern-day culture.  Foods, languages, art, and landmarks in Morocco are a fusion of the various ethnicities, religions, and nationalities that have made their mark in Moroccan culture.   Moroccan cuisine is also a diverse blend of Berber, Andalusian, Arab, and Mediterranean cooking. But its most famous dishes, from Couscous to Tagine to Harira, are Berber in origin. During this 8-day journey you will learn local cuisine while immersing into deep Moroccan culture and traditions.
