Day 1Arrive in Paris, France

 
Arrival to Paris , “Bienvenue a Paris” , meet and greet and transfer to your city centered hotel in Paris.

Day 2Paris Highlights

The activity begins with a panoramic bus tour through the center of Paris(meeting location will be communicated). We’ll visit iconic places such as the Quai de Branly Museum, the Pont de l’Alma, and the Trocadéro square, which offers a beautiful view of the Eiffel Tower.

We’ll continue our panoramic tour of Paris passing by the Arc de Triomphe. We’ll then drive through the Champs Elysées and head to the banks of the Seine. On the banks of this famous river, we’ll pass by the Place de la Concorde and the Tuileries Gardens, from where we’ll admire the exterior architecture of the Louvre Museum.

Next, we’ll continue our tour along the Ile de la Cité, where the famous Notre-Dame Cathedral is located. Lastly, we’ll go to the esplanade of the Invalides and end the panoramic tour at the Champ de Mars, at the foot of the Eiffel Tower.

After the bus tour, we’ll board one of the famous Bateaux Parisiens for a one-hour cruise along the Seine River. From the boat, you’ll enjoy a different view of various landmarks such as the Musée d’Orsay, Notre-Dame, the Louvre Museum, or the Eiffel Tower.

The icing on the cake will be the visit to the Eiffel Tower, where we will skip the queues and walk straight in and take an elevator to its second-level observation deck at 150 meters. You’ll admire breath-taking views over Paris. Then, discover this monument at your own leisure.

The excursion ends at the Eiffel Tower.

Day 3Paris - Versailles

Departure from the center of Paris to the Palace of Versailles(meeting location will be communicated). Make the most of the 45-minute journey by luxury air-conditioned coach and listen to your guide’s introduction to the history of the palace.
The Palace of Versailles covers an area of over 721,000 square feet and has more than 700 rooms.
Follow your guide straight to the front of the line to see the palace’s most beautiful rooms: the King’s Grand Apartments, with seven rooms each dedicated to a different god (Apollo, Mars, Mercy, Venus, etc.) and the Queen’s Grand Apartments, mirroring those of the king, including the Coronation Room and the Queen’s Bedroom, once occupied by Marie Antoinette, among others. Also, admire the spectacular Hall of Mirrors, a unique room in which guests were received and impressed, designed by the famous architect Jules Hardouin-Mansart. Almost 240 feet-long, it was created to dazzle visitors to the Sun King, Louis XIV; it is lit by 17 windows and some 350 mirrors, and overlooks the palace’s breath-taking gardens, the second part of your visit.

  • We strongly advise against high-heeled shoes (parquet flooring in the rooms and cobblestones in the courtyard)
  • Strollers are not permitted inside the palace
  • Access to the palace is challenging for those with reduced mobility
  • Photography without flash is permitted inside the palace
  • The skip-the-line access is subject to the Versailles Palace procedures: The Vigipirate plan, the security control or an unforeseen crowd can slow down the entrance.

We begin our day by crossing Paris as far as the Porte de Bercy to join the A4 motorway leading to Disneyland ® Paris. (average journey : 1 hour). Our driver will leave you at the group parking area close to the park entrances. Take advantage of a nice day with your family at Disneyland ® Paris. Both adults and children will enjoy discovering the magic world of Disneyland Paris. You will be able to enter both parks :
Disneyland ® Park : Magic world where you will meet all the Disney characters who live in an endless fairy tale .
Walt Disney Studios ® Park : Go behind the scenes of the movies, cartoons and tv shows.
The group will rejoin the coach at the same spot at the end of the day at 7.15 PM.

This dive into French history will be completed by a visit to the Clos Lucé castle, the emblematic place of the famous Leonardo da Vinci. Normandy D-Day Beaches : (Only Saturdays – 13 Hours ) Enjoy a full day excursion from Paris to the D-Day Beaches in Normandy in the company of an official guide, who will bring these historic sites to life. 250€ per person

We saw a lot of great places. The only reason not a five has to do with the information not received before the trip about optional side events offered by the tour such as the gondola ride. We scheduled several events on our own ahead of time since they were not included in the package. We would rather have gone with the group but didn’t know about the possibility ahead of time. We also would have liked to have the same tour guide throughout the entire tour as well as the same group of people. The group kept changing and pick ups were complicated. Transportation back to the hotel was not a part of some of the tour and in our opinion should be included in the basic package. It is difficult to figure out bus/train systems in a foreign country and we should not have added expenses to be taken back to our hotels.

I was expecting a smaller group as advertised. The Louvre & the city bus tour was good and brief. There were not enough earphones for everyone. Otherwise the hotel & transport to & from airport was excellent

Let me begin with my hotel, the André Latin. In the 5th, full of early morning student energy rushing to classes. Chambermaid service every day. A great spread of breakfast included. The 17th century church of Saint Jacques close by. Public Transport on the hotel avenue and a short distance from Luxembourg for Metro and other buses. Although I missed the meeting for the Eiffel Tower, a Guide was sent to meet me and provide me with my entrance ticket. Bus ride through the City was exciting and the trip to Versailles amazing. Before departure all my questions were answered. Recommend the company wholeheartedly.

Hotel fine; prefer meet ups at hotel and not at a distant places. Did not have a tour group feel. Airport transport to and from fine. Chateau tour too long; half day better. Did not do Versailles.
