As a secular country, visitors to Turkey enjoy a great deal of freedom in what they can wear. Especially in coastal resorts. On the other hand, off the beaten track, it’s important to recognize that most people in Turkey are Muslim. Consequently, away from the beach resorts one should dress a little more conservatively than perhaps one would do at home.
In general, it’s recommended to dress modestly and avoid revealing clothing.
It’s important to note that the dress code in Turkey can vary depending on the region. In general, it’s a good idea to dress in layers so that you can adjust your clothing to the weather and the situation.

Saw several beautiful locations, and the accommodations were fantastic..
The hot air balloon tour in Cappadocia was unforgettable. The hotels were generally centrally located, which made it easy for me to explore on my own during free time. We had the opportunity to taste local cuisines, and I especially loved the Turkish mezes. The tour program was intense but well-planned. I definitely recommend it for culture and history enthusiasts!
